What we love about this place is the fact that it is packed with locals, and since the decor is not fancy at all, it only means that people come here to enjoy the food.
We've never had a bad dish at Shu Tian Ge. And their Mapo Doufu (arguably one of the best in town), has a creamy consistency that melts in your mouth. The La Zi Yu (spicy fish in hot oil w/ peppers) is also outstanding.
But, diners beware, if you arrive during the dinner rush, take a number and wait your turn. During our first visit on a Tuesday evening, we arrived at 7:20pm and were seated around 8:10pm.
