Pasty chef Eric Perez honed his baking skills during a 15-year period, as he moved from the French Embassy in Washington DC to a boutique hotel and finally the Ritz-Carlton, before relocating to Shanghai and opening Visage Patisserie.
Visage (whose French translation means "the face"), is furnished with Chinese, Indian and Thai antiques sourced from around the globe. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and even supper at Visage, but we recommend heading here for the scrumptuos desserts including the mango cheesecake and chocolate fondue.
