Zapata's is a great place to go and tie one on, and is usually packed on Wednesday nights, when ladies night is in full force. The outdoor patio is always filled to capacity during the summer months when the crowd from Zapata's backs up against the crowd from Sasha's, which is next door.
Based on our twenty or so years in Los Angeles and dire need for a top-notch Mexican restaurant in Shanghai, we usually take a pass on the food and opt for one (or more) of the potent margaritas.
