Their main fare is good, solid Taiwanese. Leave room for dessert, though, as it is what they do best. their Bing Sha (Shaved Ice) comes in a multitude of flavors, the best of which is The Peanut, The Pudding, and The Charmant Special (a combination of beans and other condiments). A good alternative on a chilly night is the Hot Taro Dessert Soup. Charmant stays open until four in the morning.
